Dr. Fletcher on avoiding the middle-income trap

Saint Lucia’s sustainable development minister Dr. James Fletcher has used a major international forum to appeal for new global funds for health, education, water, sanitation and sustainable energy to help people in developing countries.
Dr. Fletcher addressed the 3rd International Financing For Development Conference in Ethiopia on Wednesday July 15th.
