DOMINICA TURNS TO WORLD BANK FOR HELP

Dominica has turned to an unexpected source to fund its ambitious plan to become the world’s first climate resilient country.

The country’s Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Roosevelt Skerrit has signed a US$65 million loan with World Bank officials.

As Alison Kentish reports, it’s the highest ever financing in the country’s quest to build back better following the devastation of hurricane Maria.
