December 7th 2015 Arthur Offers Advice On Fiscal Adjustments

Former prime minister of Barbados Owen Arthur has advised the Saint Lucia Labor Party administration not to give into to calls to remove the value added tax (Vat).
Arthur, who delivered the feature address at the SLP’S conference of delegates on Sunday, spoke extensively on the fiscal and economic challenges facing small Caribbean states.
