CSA REBUFFS GOVERNMENT CASH BONDS WAGE OFFER, AGAIN

President of the St. Lucia civil service association Cyprian Montroupe says civil servants are not backing down on the rejection of the cash/bonds salary offer. He says they are expecting full payment of their may wages come month-end. The CSA says no correspondence has been received from the government as of may 13th 2020. In that regard Montroupe says the union and its membership is expecting full may payments.
