Crisis Centre Vice President On Capital Punishment

The vice president of the St. Lucia crisis centre has added his voice to the ongoing conversation about the death penalty in Saint Lucia.
He believes there are some instances where the execution of some criminals is necessary.
Despite warnings from experts that executions are no deterrent and western donors disavowing such moves, some state officials are re-thinking this form of punishment.
