COURTS TO DECIDE ON DEPUTY SPEAKER

Attorney at law Martinus Francois is persistent in his effort to have parliament as required by the constitution, to appoint a deputy speaker.
Francois has taken the matter to court and has served the speaker of the house in person.
Francois says the failure to appoint a deputy speaker is a clear abuse of the constitution.
