Cops missing out on more Tradewinds training

Phase ii of the United States – led multinational military exercise “Trade Winds 15” ended on Wednesday June 24th.
The exercise, which involves ships, aircraft and personnel from 19 nations, has once again excluded Saint Lucia – part of the ‘operation restore confidence’ fallout, and the US government’s subsequent suspension of aid to the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force.
During an appearance on RSL 97’s “Call De Police,” marine unit officers said the force is losing out of key training, but trying to make the best of a bad situation.
