Competition Law Seminar

The Caribbean Forum (Cariforum) and the ministry of trade recently hosted a one-day training on competition law and policy, particularly as it relates to the economic partnership agreement.
The introductory-level training saw participation from the public and private sectors, professional bodies, sector regulators, the media and consumer organizations.
Ministry representatives say the event forms part of a mandate to promote, maintain and encourage fair competition.
