CHOISEUL MAN WANTS HELP FOR JAILED MENTALLY ILL BROTHER

A Choiseul man wants help for his mentally ill brother who has been in custody since May 10th.

Randy Modeste says his brother has not been well and was recently acting up, but says he is not receiving what he needs most at this time – treatment and medication.

He says his brother’s plight underscores the need for more national dialogue on dealing with the mentally ill, who run afoul of the law.
