CCRIF Doles Out 8 Million For TS Matthew Recovery

Relief is on the way for farmers affected by the passage of Tropical Storm Matthew.
On Monday, the Caribbean catastrophe risk insurance facility made a payout to the government of Saint Lucia of a little over 3.8 million us dollars or 10.2 million EC dollars.
The payout is the result of Saint Lucia’s rainfall policy with the facility, triggered due to the damages wrought on by the recent tropical cyclone.
