October 20th 2015 Ministry To Name ‘Safe’ Food Establishments

In July and august of this year, the environmental health department published the names of various food companies that met the 80% and over food safety requirements under the public health act. Department officials say a supplementary list will be published in the Saint Lucia gazette in November.
