Heads of government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) convened their 38th annual summit in Grenada on Tuesday July 4th, at a time of international uncertainty and complexity.
The country leaders who spoke at the opening ceremony, underscored the need for the community to be ready to preserve and negotiate its interests.
Ahead of the meeting, Saint Lucia’s Prime Minister Allen Chastanet spoke of the importance of a united front on some of the most critical issues facing member states.
