Baptiste backs LIAT on regional airline spat

The Civil Aviation Minister for Saint Lucia has spoken out on the possibility of a new airline to compete with regional air carrier LIAT.
The minister is sceptical about the proposed air carrier.
Alva Baptiste also says more attention should be paid to LIAT, given its importance to the region.
