That president is very ignorant, he has no logical answer why it is not necessary for Barbados to ban drones for one year until they can come up with a better understanding of what they are getting into.
In addition, how can he make a general statement like, “St. Lucians don’t like to read instructions and don’t like regulations,” but still want to be to introduce and regulate these drones on the island. That is not a good way to start “Mr. President.” You do not come out as intelligent enough to spear head this project.
