Ex-agriculture minister Ezechiel Joseph highlighted the projects he will undertake if elected to serve the people of the Babonneau constituency in the house of assembly.
Joseph was the man of the hour at the UWP candidate launch in the bell-wether district on Sunday where ex-leader Stephenson King returned to the party platform after a prolonged absence.
