ALLEN CHASTANET RE-LITIGATES “ROVERGATE” DEBATE MONTHS AFTER CCJ RULING

six years after it first surfaced, Opposition Leader Allen Chastanet is renewing his objections to a contested customs ruling, even though the Caribbean Court of Justice — the region’s highest court — threw out his challenge back in October 2025.
