ADDRESSING DISASTER RISK IN SAINT LUCIA

The Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank says member states have come a long way in preparing for shocks such as natural disasters, but there is need for innovative solutions to strengthen preparedness, mitigation and adaptation.
Timothy Antoine was part of a World Bank panel discussing risk management at the bank’s Washington D.C headquarters last week.
