ACTIVIST GROUPS, AGAIN URGE GOV’T TO RETHINK DSH PROJECT

Activist group “Saint Lucia Pride”, the Vieux-Fort Concerned Citizens Coalition for Change and southern residents are making a further appeal to the government to reconsider the Desert Star Holding (DSH) project.

On 21 February, residents and the groups met at the National Skills Development Centre (NSDC) in Vieux-Fort to hold discourse on the implications of the project to the environment, livelihoods and marine life.
